Nordian Capital sells stake in ArboNed to HumanCapitalCare

On 17th June 2015 Nordian Capital sold its stake in Arboned to HumanCapitalCare. The acquisition enables HumanCapitalCare to allow access to its online healthcare platform for more than 70,000 employers and 1.5 million employees in the Netherlands, allowing it to provide a measurable contribution to the vitality and health of employees. The market segments of both companies are complimentary and the vision and profiles of both high quality service providers match well. Knowledge and expertise on labour, health, vitality and IT will be combined with the acquisition. This allows for the development of new concepts and services for the different market segments. With the acquisition of Arboned, HumanCapitalCare makes a significant growth step. Since its inception in 2001 the company has grown from 20 to 1,250 employees and to an annual turnover of € 125 million.
