Delta Wines, a Rabo Capital investee company, has purchased a majority stake in the Czech-based wine company Adveal Wines & Spirits. The transaction is part of Delta Wines’ strategy to increase its presence in the wine markets of the future. Following the acquisition of Polish-based AN.KA Wines in 2010, this is the second international partner for the Delta Wines Group, which also includes the Dutch companies DGS WIJN, Coenecoop Wine Traders and Pallas Wines.
